CP Capital has identified the need for a small to mid-sized venture capital company/merchant bank to fill a niche that is currently under utilized.We take positions in emerging, junior resource companies that present acceptable risk, with a large potential for gains. Either through the process of providing initial start-up capital for junior companies, or by making strategic investments in the secondary markets, CP Capital will seek to solidify its position as an eminent provider of financing and investment services.
